Tianjia Qiu's artistic work is a “work in progress” but already asserts itself as a sensitive expression of her being. This fanzine presents a mix of works in multiple techniques, ranging from photographic collage and drawing, to photocopied drawings of body parts, grease pencil drawings and Polaroids. The unity of these works lies in the use of her body as raw material - less out of narcissism than... shyness in her approach to others. The works in this series move back and forth between memories of a happy childhood and the cries of a rebellious adolescence.
